Even though it's really hard for me?
Even though I keep having weird and painful problems with my left leg? (Not the one I broke).
Even though it would probably accomplish just as much to walk, considering I don't run very fast?
Sure, I like it to do it. I try not to do anything I don't like if I don't absolutely have to.
But this is why:
Because two years ago, I was told that I'd probably walk with a slight limp for the rest of my life. (I don't) That I'd have pain daily (I don't). And that I'd probably better not expect to run, jump, or otherwise do those types of things. (I am). I won't say that I don't know it's there - sometimes it swells, sometimes it gets stiff and sore, but it's not the norm. And I can run on it. I can climb. I can jump (a little). I really think I just do these things because someone told me I couldn't. :-)
You can't write a book ;)
